Agent/office management

All of a company's agents are databased in the system with personal information and images. This personal information is linked to each of the agent's listings and is extracted as needed in ads that require that information. One simple change to an agent file is reflected in all of that agent's incoming listing records and future ads.

After agent information is imported into a listing record, that information can be edited for that particular listing.

Agents have access to their own records, images and listings where they can control the information that will appear in their ads unless those records are restricted at a higher level.
